The girl that cleaned my teeth was very aggressive and inthe process she broke a molar and also a front tooth, what recourse do I have?
If the dental hygienist was negligent and the teeth were injured due to her being overly aggressive, you should talk to the dentist she works for as he or she is normally responsible for the negligence of his or her employees. If the dentist refuses to pay for the cost of any dental work that you need to have done due to the negligence then you should report the dentist and the dental hygienist to the Ohio Dental Board in Columbus. Make sure that the fractures were in fact caused by the hygienist and not due to some periodontal disease that you had that may have weakened your teeth due to bone loss.Good luck
