I'm in drug court and she is on probation for possession my judge and probation officer said we can't be together as long as both cases are open my question is would a marriage void that?
No. You can't disobey a court order and then expect your marriage to trump the court order. Even if you were to get married, you'd have to be with her beforehand, violating the order. Don't risk your freedom and hers over this. Follow the court order.
