I was fired09/11/2019 for abenteeism/improper conduct which on 11/26/2019 after fighting to get unemployement the board of review stated I was fired for no reason.I 4got 2 clock out 4 mayb 8 minutes to run my daughter2 school 4 which they where notified about. I complained to supervisornumerous times of a employees causing me trouble shewas the one turned me n her an supervisor r weekend fired its not the plant policy.2wks b4 this incident another employees left work on the clock 2 purchase beer drunk n parking lot went Bk to work he was only suspended 3 days an went Bk to work They had the woman in Canada whom claimed to b a manager for Alan white n Shannon ms doing the hearing she said I was a upholstery no I'm a inspector she stated in do more than a wk no for over 12 yrs in total I never been wrote up from Alan white due to this I won this case with uploaded files from messenger talking for over 6 hours to supervisor who got me fired how they slander my name an basically fired me for nothing her an new plant manager.I have evidences an withness.
