If my taxes were prepared by a company should I receive a payment voucher for paying my taxes by the company?
I opted out of auto-withdraw and never received a payment voucher or my 1040.

Normally the answer is "yes" but it's possible each tax preparer may use a different approach. If you owe federal taxes and need to make a payment, don't wait for them to correct the problem. Go to www.irs.org and download form 1040-V. Fill in the details (the amount owed will be on your 1040) and get the payment made asap. Late payments incur penalties and interest. And while it may be that they did not give you the form, you're still responsible for making the payment.

If you know you owe taxes, pay them as fast as possible. The clock is ticking and interest is accruing. There are multiple ways to pay.
