My sister got a settlement and bought a house she ask my nephew about buying a house cause he has many she liked a property an bought it she was short and my nephew and his wife borrowed her the money and told her that they names were coming off once she linshed paying them back she finished paying them but they never took there name off the deed An now she has feel ill mentally An they removed her from her property with a Quit Claim Deed can he do that
If your sister's name was on the title of the house (on the deed) then your nephew should not be able to remove her name without either her signing the Deed agreeing to remove her name, or someone with a valid and activated Power of Attorney signing her name for her as her Agent.
