My daughter and I lived with my parents while I was saving money for college. My parents filed for temp custody based on false accusations of drug use and neglect/abuse after an argument I had with my father. Throughout this battle I've submitted several declarations from friends and family that disputed my parent's claims as well as urinalysis testing results which were negative because I am in no way, a drug user. The county commissioner decided based on these false allegations that my daughter should stay with my parents temporarily. Recently they had her hair cut extremely short. My daughter had long beautiful hair and they did this to spite me. Is this allowed? My daughter didn't want her hair cut this way either.
Those who have custody of children usually have the duties and responsibilities commensurate with the status.
