I’m a US citizen. We have an 8 years old child and being living together for almost 10 years now but we’re not married. Can I apply for green card for her as domestic partnerships?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. Immigration law only recognizes marriages for purpose of extending immigration benefits, including LPR status (green card). Good luck.
In order to be able to petition your wife, you will have to be married.
