If my ex husband lives with his fiancée over 5 years or more can they combine their income since they are a couple?

it is not added to your husband's income to calculate the support guidelines, but, other household income can be considered as to his overall living standard and housing expenses.
Hello. I just had this come up in one of my cases here in Florida. The girlfriend's income doesn't directly come in to play regarding the child support question. However, it does come into the picture indirectly if her income contributes to the payment of household expenses where they both live. Go back and look at the financial affidavit which was used in determining your support. Then have your lawyer ask for a new one and compare the two. Also, perhaps they are "living the dream" because he is making more money. This too could justify a modification of your child support.
