The witnesses that I am calling are both international and work around the country. They very possibly will not be able to appear in person due to this. They are extremely important for my case and are willing to appear if they are in town OR by telephone. Please tell me the exact way to get them in before the court date. From my understanding we will be assigned a trial judge ON THE DAY and therefore, I can't call the specific courtroom to inquire how the specific judge will allow these important witnesses to testify. I am pro per.
What you’re trying to do is very difficult and not something you should be trying to do yourself. I’m by the exact same token you’re not going to get the answers you need for a free site.
This is general advice. You are anonymous. If you PM me i won’t know what it’s about.
They need to show up. Telephonic witnesses are rarely, if ever, allowed. You may be able to depose them and use that testimony if they are truly unavailable but if these witnesses are that important, get them in the courtroom.
