This is due to the my employer's fraudulent schemes.
We need more specific information before we can answer your question, or even understand what you are talking about. Are you considering a workers' compensation claim? A whistleblower retaliation claim? An OSHA complaint? Why are you at home? Are you on workers' compensation leave, family and medical leave, leave as a reasonable accommodation for a disability, or what? In what way are people at work giving you stress?

I often wish that it were possible to file claims for aggravation.

You need to provide more information. It is not clear what you are asking. What is your condition> What fraudulent schemes are you referring to, and what do the fraudulent schemes have to do with your stress? If you are still employed, perhaps you have a workers' compensation claim?

It depends on what your "condition is," what kind of "stress" the "people from work are giving" you, what your employer's "fraudulent schemes" are, and how those fraudulent schemes are related to the stress that you're experiencing.
It's laudable that you chose to ask your questions in as few words as possible. But the problem is that we have no idea about the severity of your condition, the severity of the stress, or what exactly the "people from work" are doing.
You may wish to re-post your question, providing a good number of details.
Good luck to you.
