the boy is 3 i dont get to see him or any of the above his mom just wants the money .............. its a long storry but i have 4 other kids wich 3 of the total 5 live with me full time
You can't sign over parental rights, the other parent must petition for them to be taken. You should consult with a family law attorney to discuss your options.
You can sue for visitation, for contempt if there is an order providing for visitation, but not for terminating your own rights
