I have a lot and I mean a lot of hard inquiries. I have medical loans, student loans, and a couple things in collections. Basically I’m overwhelmed in debt and really just need a clean slate
Bankruptcy isn't a credit repair tool. So inquiries won't come off your credit report after filing bankruptcy. Bankruptcy can only eliminate student loan debt under extraordinary circumstances, like a near total disability. And to get through bankruptcy requires you to meet eligibility requirements. While I prefer to give people solutions, you have too many issues that need to be addressed to give you an answer in this forum. Hope this perspective helps!

Instead of makeing everything "go away," bankruptcy will make your credit score worse AND the negative entries will stay for 10 years.
Bankruptcy may not be right for you. There are informal ways to resolve the debt without bankruptcy, which could be cheaper, faster, and have less negative impact on your credit scores. This does not involve debt consolidation or payment modification.
