I was taking a bath and a friend of my friend came over and she told me to tell him hi. I came out and said hey. He asked for a hug and I did hug him nothing sexual. But then I returned to my bath. He pulled out some moneyand put it on the table saying donation or something and put it on the table but I didn't touch it. He spoke to her. I told him i was getting in the tub. I got back in the tub and continued bathing. Next thing I know some woman busts in my bathroom door saying she undercover cop and i'm under arrest. Note to self I'm visiting this state and This was my second night staying at my hotel room. The officer was the first man I ever met in it. Then she kept staring at me in the tub and told me to put clothes on. The men officers were looking at me while i put clothes on. They went through all my belongings and I have missing valuables now. (My expensive cell phone) They took my ID social security cards and such as. There were four of them but only two talked to me. They kept harrassing me trying to make me say i was under age. I'm not. my id and social proved it. the people told me that I'm to come to court for March for court and go to some class to expunge it from my records. My friend says she made a legal ad for escort services in the end. What are my legal rights in this situation?
here are certainly some sexual underpinnings given the bath experience, the hug and the money on the table in reply to an escort ad. Your legal rights are that you are presumed innocent and you can go to trial and try to convince a jury that meeting a man in a hotel room while naked from a bath is a "legal" escort service. Or you can enter into a diversion program, make this go away and find a new line of work.

You need to speak face-to-face with a lawyer and stop posting things that may be construed as admissions. When dealing with judges, prosecutors, the police and witnesses, you will benefit from having a criminal defense attorney who can protect you. Your criminal defense attorney will guide you through the procedures including attending hearings, obtaining bond, preparing testimony, locating witnesses, and evaluating the evidence. Your case screams out for some face-to-face time. Stop talking about the specific facts of your case here.
It seems as though you are being charged with a crime. The best advise anyone here can give you is to speak with an attorney as soon as possible. S/he would be in the best position to advise you on what your legal rights are.
