I signed my rights over so is there any way I can get them back or get visitation?
In what way did you sign them over? Was it a guardianship agreement, or was it through CPS taking them and the court terminating your rights? If a guardianship then that can be terminated and you can get your children back, if the court finds it is in their best interests. If your rights were completely terminated by the court, then visitation may be an option. If you signed a relinquishment, then that could be subject to termination, but how you signed your rights over makes a huge difference.
