I am sorry to hear about your difficult and frustrating situation. You should contact a north Carolina licensed attorney to point you in the right direction. I am licensed in Florida, Georgia and Massachusettes, but not North Carolina, so I am not able to give you advice for your situation. I truly wish you the best.
Your question is not particularly clear. Keep in mind that the process of getting a settlement agreement finalized in North Carolina is a lengthy one. First the parties mediate and sign a mediated settlement agreement. Then the parties sign a more detailed clincher agreement a few weeks later. Then the clincher is sent to the Industrial Commission for approval. Then once approval happens, the insurance company still has the right to wait up to 24 days to make payment.
I am not sure where you are in this process. You should ask your lawyer.
