So im on 3 years supervise release i have one year left my probation officer said they dont file for you witch is not true. He said i had to so i did but have not herd anything back. I served 4 years for a conspiracy charge for a drug trafficing ring.
If you wrote a letter directly to the Judge, they most likely have not read it. You need to file a proper motion, serve the State, and request a hearing. There may be a "self help" office in the courthouse. You may also want to speak to a local attorney for help. You listed this as Federal crime, if it is a Federal crime, the judge certainly did not read the letter, and you will need an attorney. Wishing you the best.
