Was the property in both of your names? If she did not sign it the property cannot be legally conveyed. You will need to get this corrected in order to avoid having an issue with the buyer.

This type of issue comes up often. Just because a divorce decree says one thing, you can't just use it to do transactions without her without her signing off on it if she is on the deed. I would retain an attorney to help you out with the post-divorce deed. She can still come after you for the land that you sold.
