6 years ago a woman said she had a kid with me. I don’t believe the child is mine. I’ve been paying support for years but never get to see the kid. A dna test hasn’t been done and I’m not on the birth certificate. Do I have to pay child support?
Was a judgment of paternity entered? There is something missing in this story. I would encourage you to contact an experienced local lawyer to discuss the matter in more detail.
You are a little late to be questioning paternity at this point. Paying child support does not grant parenting time. If you want parenting time you would need to file a case.
