The mother of my child wants to enroll him at school where she works. However, they don't reside in that school district. We both reside in the same school district and live fairly close to each other. I don't agree with her. But she says that because she has physical custody that she can decide where he goes. But we have a legal and joint custody agreement. What can I do?
you can ask a judge to decide. ....................................
