My ex never show up for a court hearing for custody of my daughter and lost custody of my child granting me custody of my daughter so now I moved from New York to pa with my family and now she is taking me to court for custody of my daughter will this affect me having custody of my child or what should I do
Even if you have custody of your daughter, you are to notify the other parent when you move to another states and go through the state's relocation procedures. You will need to consult with a family law attorney to discuss your situation, hopefully remedy any issues regarding the relocation and represent you in court.
