Once indicted in Ohio you are considered "under disability" and cannot possess a weapon. In those cases, it is advisable to have all weapons removed from your home so there is no chance someone could accuse you of having a gun during this time. Once the charges are resolved you may be able to possess the weapon again depending on the nature of the resolution.
No you cannot carry a firearm while you are going through the court process.
