customer brought a non running car in for repairs, we had to tear it down at an estimated cost of $2,675.00 after the tear down we found a bad engine. I tried to help the customer by adjusting the tear down some if he replaced the engine with us. He said he would get back to me and that was 3 weeks ago. He does not answer my call or return them and I also sent a certified letter return recite stating I would start a lien and or law suit , giving him until 12/27/19. Still no response. I know the vehicle is still under financing but I need to collect the bill or sell the car.
