Ok so I violated for not attending treatment classes regularly and a warrant was put out 2 weeks before my hearing. I hired an attorney to have it quashed and its not even showing in the system he filed it. He swears he has. Then he tells me to go to the emergency room to avoid reporting to my po and being locked up?! Not reporting would be like making the problem bigger right? Also, if the motion is ruled upon as im locked up would I be released? Because due to this incompetence its a possibility I would have to remain incarcerated until my hearing. Which is the following week. Please help!!
Perhaps, but your attorney is in the best position to give you an opinion.

There's no guarantee it would be quashed. Is the VOP warrant preset to hold without bail, or are you speculating that you'd have to sit until the court date?
It takes time to get a ruling on a Motion to Quash. The attorney needs to get a judge to look at it. Your attorney is in the best position to advise you since he knows your case the best.
