The mother and I was together she had a 6 month babygirl. I always had the baby most of the time by myself. The mother had legal issues. She messed up, the baby got taken by the state. We are not together anymore. She would do something legal for me to get her. She knows how much I care and want her. What do I have to do?
If the child was taken by CYS, you would need to go through CYS to try to obtain custody of the baby. It would be advisable for you to hire an attorney to help you with CYS.
