If I get a ticket for being pulled over for driving with a permit, if I pay it online, do I still have to appear in court?

If you pay by mail, you are acknowledging your guilt. If you plead guilty, there are special sanctions in the Alabama traffic code. That section located Code section 32-6-7.2 states: "(d) A violation of subsection (c) shall not result in a suspension of the person's driver's license, but shall extend the time period for six months that the person is subject to the restrictions of subsection (c) before the person is eligible to be designated as an unrestricted driver's license holder or until age 18."
