If I fail to pay on a Vehicle Registration Loan in Arizona can my car be repossessed and my wages garnished?

They would be able to do both. They can take your car without the need for any type of judicial process. They could then obtain a judgment through the court and garnish your wages. They cannot garnish your wages without obtaining a judgment through court.

Yes, they can take the car and garnish your wages. If you default on the loan, they will seek interest (at the exorbitant rate you agreed to) until the date you finally pay, as well as their collection costs (which will be outrageous).
