Got into argument with my daughter's father he chock
me my daughter walked in then the police was called the next day and investigated lady came over and told me in order to keep my kids in the home that I need to cooperate and get a restraining order so I got a temporary restraining order but have not filed for the permanent one two what would happen
If you don't show up to court, the judge will dismiss the temporary restraining order. How that will affect anything else is anybody's guess.
If you do not show up as the petitioner for the hearing on a permanent injunction, the judge will likely dismiss the petition. If that's what you want so be it. Nothing will happen to you.
