Grandma got a call that she has to go to court tomorrow to testify, but she did not get a subpoena, does she still have to go?
If she wants to help the person that wants her to testify then she needs to appear. Since she was not handed a piece of paper to appear then she is not under court order to attend. The decision is hers.
Many times older people are very good witnesses but then every person is a bit different.
