Have not gotten any tickets,and no arrests for 11 years now,am eligle for regular unrestricted license 04/30/19...if required to have an IID installed still after waiting out suspension,has the law changed on amount of required time,thank you for your time and expeditious reply.
If you were required to install an IID and did not do so then you will not get a FL-DL until you have complied.
You cannot "wait out" the IID requirement and DMV will hold it over your head until you comply.
That said, you may want to call and ask the good folks at DMV in Tallahassee (850-617-2000). If you follow the rule of the 3 "p"'s (be patient, pleasant and polite) then you will likely be surprised at just how knowledgeable and helpful they can be.
