I have been split from my ex for around 2 years, we have a daughter that is almost 4. My ex has a history and recent history with suicidal talk and attempts.
On friday she dropped my daughter off for her to spend the weekend with me. We have done nothing through the courts as far as custody. When she dropped my daughter off she was fidgety and was acting strange. She told me she had taken a Xanax, and said that was it. A few hours after she left I received numerous calls saying that she had been couch hopping for 2 weeks with my daughter. A few of the calls were to also tell me she had been staying in an unsafe environment also. These were her family and friends that i hadn't spoken to in almost 2 years. They all informed me i need to keep my daughter because my ex is unemployed now, has no place to live and is mentally unstable. I will say that I have a great amount of proof of the suicidal stuff via text message and screenshots. Her family has my back also. I just dont know where to start.
