I'm currently on court supervision (2 years) because of a DUI 13 months ago. I just got in an accident and received a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. Will my license be suspended?
A DUI supervision is a separate kind of supervision, and this could very well impact your driver's license.
I would first contact your lawyer from the DUI to get a better picture of how to handle this.

If the state wants they can revoke your DUI supervision and then your driver's license will be revoked which means having a hearing with the Secretary of State. Far more serious than a suspension.
