Me and my girlfriend met when I was 16 and she was 14 after my birthday she gave me her virginity but she was still 14 and I had turned 17 but know she is 15. Will I get in any kind of trouble with the law in Pensacola Fl. I wanna make sure it is safe and I don’t get in any trouble for this!
I hate to break the news to you but as far as the law is concerned you are a sex offender who is facing serious felony prosecution and lifelong stigma.
No one can touch in any sexual manner - much less have intercourse with - anyone under 16 in FL. Period.
Taking her virginity at 14 potentially lands you in prison for years, and each and every time that you so much as touch her in any sexual fashion before her 16th birthday tacks on years and years.
You asked and now you know.
Wishing you significantly better judgment, self-control and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.

You are admitting to serious criminal acts on the open and public internet that can easily be tied to you and used to convict you. Having sex with a 14 year old is a sex crime. Stop abusing this minor child. Get off the internet.
