Hi , I am from India,attended new H1B at London got 221g after 3 months got email from consulate says Notification of Recommendation for Revocation to USCIS. Then I called to USCIS they said it takes upto 180 days for review.
1. If your H-1B is ultimately revoked by CIS, you will no longer be "cap exempt" as your visa number will be cancelled by CIS and sent back to the H-1B available visa pool.

Once your H-1B petition is revoked by USCIS you will no longer be considered CAP exempt due to the fact that the visa number previously made available to you, will be voided and sent back to the pool of the available visas.
