Further, depending on the nature and quality of the "trust" there are additional concerns including: A court can generally always undo the trust to prevent a fraud- i.e. if the trustee and or the trustor are using the trust as an alter-ego and in doing so they cause harm to another, including a purchaser of property from the trust, they could find themselves with major risk exposure.
