I had a foreclosure and someone purchased my home through the sheriff sale on May 8th and im being serve by the invesment company (their Atty.) copies of the filing for : WRIT OF POSSESSION....
You will still have time until the Writ of Execution is issued, at which point, you would only have 10 days to vacate the premises.

It depends on how long it takes for the purchaser to initiate ejectment proceedings. I would start looking for alternate living arrangements sooner rather than later. It may also be to your advantage to contact the purchaser to arrange a timeline to vacate.
