I parked in front of a church around 8pm that is no longer open and hasn’t been opened in years. I saw a few other cars parked along side it so assumed it was ok but I received a ticket. Is this grounds for argument? Like how you can argue parking in front of a non functioning driveway? If so, how do I go about doing so?
You can certainly make the argument that the curb painting should have been removed or painted over by the city, but it may not work. It seems to be your best argument, however, so good luck to you.
Parking tickets are of no interest nor value to criminal defense attorneys.
