I am planning to marry a foreign national outside of America, but want to wait to consummate the marriage until her Visa is ready, so we can start our life once without living separately waiting for Visa. Will it delay the Visa process. Also how long does it take to get K-3/K4 Visa for spouse of a U.S citizen.
I've already filed I-130 for my siblings, shall I mention it in my wife's I-130?
You should really re-post this question under the topic area of immigration so that knowledgeable attorneys can respond.
