My bother and co-defendant was charged the same. The other mans attorney asked to drop one of the charges. The judge denied saying he was binding the charges between the two. At the next court they drop the charge for the other man gave him 9 months and they did not drop the charge for my brother. They are offering 15 years. My brother does have priors but I don’t understand the huge gap in sentencing, this is the first time he is facing prison, I’m scared cause he is labeled mentally retarded. With mental issues. I’ve paid his attorney 5,000
