This trustee is as dishonest as they come. About to be caught red handed. Its Lie after Lie. delay tactics after great theft in estate. what are the likely reasons for for unexpected distribution after previous denial of request to rightful distribution ? more continued disrespect and dishonor for the trustor and my family.
As a trustee, he or she is a fiduciary who owes many duties to the beneficiaries. Do you have a copy of the trust document? If so, you should carefully review the terns of the trust. If the trustee is truly doing bad things, then a court could remove him or her as trustee and also surcharge the trustee. Please consult with a trust and estates lawyer to protect your rights.
You really should retain an experienced attorney as soon as possible. You deserve to have your rights protected. You can find a lawyer using Avvo.

It is very important to get the trust documents to see what it allows the trustee to do. It is not unusual for a trust to give the trustee discretionary powers including when to distribute income, principal or both to a beneficiary. With that being said, the trustee needs to keep the beneficiaries about the administration of the trust and must provide accounting upon reasonable request. I would highly recommend you consutl with an attorney that has experience with trust administration. Good Luck!
