I was in a small accident. The other person's bumper had a scratch. The other driver said he didn't even know if he was going to go through the insurance. Later that day i got a call from my insurance company asking if this accident happened. I gave all the information. The claim i being denied. I received a bill from a bill collector that is telling me they are going to report me for balance due of $1208. I filed a report with Dept. of Insurance and waiting to see if i can get this resolved. I am wondering if my license will be suspended while i am trying to get this resolved.
Actually, the answer is "Yes." But, it usually takes a while.
