Prosecutors are notorious for not broadcasting their failures. In my experience it is rare that they will notify the defense of a no bill or dismissal. Usually we find out when the bond company becomes aware that they no longer are on bond.
There is no obligation for the State to notify a defendant that a case has been no billed by a Grand Jury. You may contact the District Clerk in the county where the case was presented, or the intake department of the DA's office to discover the status of the case.
