but my supervisor has been going around the office showing my online arrset record to my coworkers and asking them if they know anything about it.. and threating me to them that he is going to fire me.. no one has called me from my office since i found this out .. do i have a case ,,
This is how your question sounds to me: "Do I have a case for libel or slander"? Since you admit to having been arrested and since truth is a complete defense to a defamation action, you probably don't have a case. You may wish to consult an employment lawyer, but i doubt that will bear fruit either. If you have suffered anxiety or depression on account of his conduct you may have a workers compensation psychiatric injury claim. the employer would likely assert the good faith personnel action defense. Then the question would be : was the supervisor's action reasonable and done in good faith?
Arrest records are public records. Anyone can pull them. I don't see any claim here that you could make.

Since you posted on the workers' comp section, I'll assume you're asking about a possible WC claim. The answer is maybe depending on additional facts.
