I am not sure I understand how the Internet is involved in physical damage to your house, but by all means call the police. They can investigate the damage, and bring criminal charges. In the process, the perpetrators can be ordered to have no contact with you, the victim. After printing out any evidence from the Internet, you could try to minimize your Internet presence.
The least costly method for you is to call the police.
We do not have a client/attorney relationship until you make an appointment, we discuss your case face to face, I accept a retainer, and we explictly agree to enter into representation.
The police are your only contact for your real world complaints. For your internet complaints, change your user name or stay off the internet.
The above is general legal and business analysis. It is not "legal advise" but analysis, and different lawyers may analyse this matter differently, especially if there are additional facts not reflected in the question. I am not your attorney until retained by a written retainer agreement signed by both of us. I am only licensed in California.
