I130 denied and applied for VAWA.
I got a notice saying that my i130 is denied as I didn’t show up for the interview. But before the interview I submitted a letter saying that I’m not attending the interview as I applied for VAWA. So what should I do now?
Note: The notice said that I should leave the country within 33 days or I’ve 30 days to appeal.

Having a pending VAWA petition (I-360) or a pending (possibly 2nd) adjustment application (I-485) based on it doesn't stop USCIS from denying I-130 for abandonment (no show at the interview). Now you should focus on the VAWA case. No need to worry about the "leave the country" warning" or I-130 appeal.
