Truck accident Report
I was involved in a truck accident on April 9th 2016 on route 80 in Pennsylvania in which where the truck flipped . Around 7:40am when I was driving on route 80.It was snowing that morning. There was a car in front of me. As I'm driving I see that the car began to loose control because of the snow .To avoid the car hitting me or me hitting the car. I decided to go to the next lane , while I'm switching lanes there was black ice on the road which occurred the truck to flip over on the side of the road . and the officer give me a ticket for: driving on roadways laned for traffic (offense 75-3309-1) I wonder if this ticket has points for my driver license i have a cdl driver license from FL
