I am currently in Nevada. Will they come all this way to get me??
This information is based upon the limited information concerning the felony warrant and the underlying charge that is the basis of your probation. The felony warrant will probably be placed in the National Crime Information Center Computer system which means that if you have any contact with any law enforcement anywhere in the United States you will go to jail where you have been stopped and then arrested and placed in jail. You will stay in jail while it is determined whether Oklahoma is going to come to Nevada to extradite you to Oklahoma.
You need to contact an attorney deal with why the warrant has been issued and what you can do to deal with the warrant. The warrant will not go away until it has been quashed by a motion or your arrest. Don't put your head in the sand, deal with your problem.
The information shared in this e-mail does not constitute an attorney-client relationship and you should consult with a local attorney in your city where you can share confidential matters and receive a full evaluation of your legal situation.
