I would like to establish a trust that prevent any disbursements to any one, including creditors and the Wisconsin child support system, except my child, when s/he graduates from a 4-year university or attains the age of 35 and 40, whichever comes first. I do not believe my pregnant ex-gf will use the child support monies as intended, and thus, I hope a trust can protect my child's inheritance.
You can have a trust for your assets, but I don’t see that a trust would protect you from the court ordering you to pay child support if you are your biological father of the child.
