The interviewer interviewed us separately and ask both of us to withdraw to later refile the case because we do not have enough evidence to proceed and his decision is to deny us. So he said I have two options that I withdraw and refile the case or he proceeds and send my case for review but he is sure I'm gonna be denied based on fraud that we sounded like we rarely know each other and some of our answers weren't the same. And that in my previous interview for visa before I came into US doesn't match what I presented now But I told him to proceed either ways.
Although I don't see a question here, I'll ask one for you:
What should I do?
Assuming you are in a real marriage, the only thing you can do is meet with an attorney to prepare for a fight with immigration.

Thank you for the story. You did not ask a question. You are now facing removal proceedings (deportation) in immigration court. It's time to hire a lawyer.
The officer is basically advising you that your case is not well prepared. You have the burden to prove it is, in fact a real, bona fide marital relationship and he feels that both your documentation and your answers to basic questions are not sufficient to meet this burden. In this case, you should immediately consult with an experienced Immigration attorney who can help you properly prepare your case for potential success. Otherwise, as stated by the other attorney, you will indeed be facing the possibility of deportation proceedings in the future.
