It appears that she reported you, likely for sexual harassment. So it's also likely that your employer has a policy against that. Unless I'm reading your question wrong and they were illegally spying on you or failed to follow their own procedures when firing you, then it doesn't look like you have much of a case to get your job back. It can be tough, but you're often better off keeping your professional and personal life separate.
