I was in my first car accident and am 5 months pregnant I got rear ended and theres not much damage to my vehicle but I dont have insurance on my car, I was shook up and didnt think bout getting insurance information from the guy who hit me (its my first accident) I started feeling nauseous and cramping so I came to ER. Am I able to still file some kind of claim or no since I didnt get any information?
Locate a personal injury attorney. They will provide you a free consultation most likey. If a police report was filed for the accident, you should be able to identify the other driver from it. You can still file a claim.
Going to the er was wise now contact local and qualified counsel good luck

Need to get identity of other driver. Hopefully baby will be ok. No way to file claim without identifying other driver. If there were any witnesses or other evidence that will assist in proving fault then it should be preserved.
If your vehicle is uninsured and you do not have any information on the car that struck yours, unfortunately there is no party to file a claim against. You should seriously consider insuring your car.

Since you were injured, and you don't know if your little one was injured, best to retain a local personal injury lawyer to investigate a claim. Avvo has a great lawyer finder tool to locate an attorney nearby. Good luck.
If the police were contacted, the other party will be identified in the accident report. if not and you have no insurance on your car, you probably have no way of making any kind of claim against anyone. Auto liability insurance is required by law in Ohio. I would highly recommend getting that for your car if you do not have it. Best of luck with your baby. Be sure to get medical care right away.
You need to contact a local attorney. You MAY be able to access uninsured motorist coverage and/or Medical Payments coverage under your own policy. Also, an attorney can help try to track down the individual responsible for the accident.
You may be able to file a claim, but additional facts are necessary here. Was a police report taken? If so, was the other driver's insurance information recorded?
You may consider consulting with a local attorney who is experienced in personal injury claims. Avvo has a great "Find a Lawyer" feature that can assist you in finding a personal injury attorney in your area who can help you navigate the process.
